• eyes are not deceiving you!!   (be careful with that, with increasing age comes a certain advantage to a slight diminuendo of visual acuity… helps make the increasingly hairy sections look smoother and the moving groundward body parts closer!)
• mind is not playing tricks… at once the worst (possibility) and the (best) of all worlds… it might be best to think, “hey! I’ve been losing my mind for a lifetime, adding not only changes to what I do, but insisting that all these new lifeforms around me…. are a part of me, despite and especially in light of the fact that they are changing and growing old!…. if this is losing my mind, then I am surely very good at it, by now!

the Wakefield Doctrine: glad that I did the FTSF bloghop yesterday. It was the first ‘hop I participated in and, as such, holds a special value (i.e. ran my Doctrine-everything take on a Post outside the Doctrine blog… very empowering and encouraging and such  thanks Janine and Kate and Stephanie and  you-know-who). As a result, there has been no context, situation or theme that I’ve felt that it would be inappropriate to write (about) using the Wakefield Doctrine as the viewpoint. (kinda explains why I don’t get asked to guest post all that much…lol)  and the following video from one of the truly cool things that issued from (to a certain degree) my time here at the Wakefield Doctrine

1) I suspect is a never ending process, at least I hope it is

2)  in conversation with client who were selling the farm after 60 years, talked about when they first bought it…barely livable, lots of work, children and yet, when they saw it the very first time, they immediately knew that it was the place for them and, most importantly, they simply did it… I laughed and described how, at home we have been debating switching internet providers for, I don’t know, 8 months?? lol
