Monday Monday -the Wakefield Doctrine-

Welcome to the Wakefield Doctrine (the theory of clarks, scotts and rogers)

Monday ReRun …RePrint! Sounds just a scoosh more literate, no? 3,719 posts down and 4,444 more to go!

Frank asked a question last week to the effect of, ‘Why haven’t you developed a text a person could take…’ wait, what’re we doin?!  It’s Monday, plenty of empty space, so let’s just c and p that badboy

One of the good things about the Wakefield Doctrine compared with all of the other personality theories is you don’t have to take a test to tell if you are an XYZ or an ABC. You pretty much know already. But I wonder if you have considered constructing such a test?

And… the answer was ‘Hide it in the manual’ Just being a bit facetious and calling in an old saying/adage/meme that has probably been around since the first group issued it’s first manual/SOP/Large Tome. You’ll either get the joke or you won’t, no great loss, not crazy funny. The punchline (since time immemorial: ‘Hide it in the User’s Guide.)

So, (damn! Pride Goeth Before the Fall, yo… all this just to avoid a total RePrint instead of writing something ‘original’)

Anyway the Answer to Frank’s well-intended question is ‘On the Landing Page’ as in: In a Hurry? …over here, answer these Questions (yeah, like a personality test).

But that’s not what was on our mind for a ‘jeez write something new(ish) today, will’ya?’

For some reason, the ‘Eureka Moment of the Wakefield Doctrine’ comes to mind, instead. Of course, seeing how we hide it on the Home Page under: About: the Wakefield Doctrine odds are it’ll stay hidden. lol

But we kid Readers, right?

The Wakefield Doctrine is a fun way to consider the world you’ll be walking through today. And, if you’re a fan of people-watching? You’ll definitely want to take along your copy of “The Doctrine’s Guide to clarks, scotts and rogers

Well, what exactly do you want to know? Whether I am a clark or a scott or roger? If you have to ask, then you need to keep reading the Posts for two reasons: a)to get a clear enough understanding to be able to make the determination of which type I am and 2) to realize that by definition I am all three.* *which is true for you as well, all three...but mostly one

You do have a test! For number 18 where I’m at a movie on a third date and there are noisy people behind us, I wish I would do B, but would probably do A and hope I don’t do C. My self-diagnosis: I’m a clark who wants to be a scott and hopes he’s not a roger.
