Welcome to the Wakefield Doctrine (the theory of clarks, scotts and rogers)
No, I have no idea how, of late, I’ve come to feel that it’s necessary to write a ‘new’ Post every damn day of the week! Apparently I have. I gotta do something.
There! Done!
In this first line of words, not only have I illustrated the three worldviews of the Wakefield Doctrine, but I also provided an insight to the source of most challenging problem that afflicts the one worldview that has the greatest need (and, fortunately, the strongest desire) to understand and do something about our lives.
You guys good with this?
’cause I got lots to do today… two things:
- post another video post (and, in the course of this video today, make the salient points of this Post….convincing!)
- exert myself by appealing to Readers to join in on the Friday Night vid chat tonight, and to do so effectively!
- find a new way to look at where I am in this process of developing the Wakefield Doctrine as a tool and a method for self-improvement
other than that….. TGIF!!! binyons!
Friday? yes
Valentine’s Day? so what?… you got a romantic evening with a new person, not sure how the evening will turn out? welll… you do remember that this is the Wakefield Doctrine, right? and how we totally got your back? damn straight… so if your evening falters or seems to be careening off the Highway of Love… then here’s what you do… take out that smart phone and dial us up.. we will already be in progress and if you need a wingman or a push over the cliff* or if you have a total dud on your hands** we will so be there to hep ya

…Today’s somewhat late Doctrine Video Post

I love your choices of You tube videos. This Is Spinal Tap is so great–it is THE CLASSIC…and he (Christopher Guest) was in another wonderful movie. Did you see it? Best In Show, About dog shows…which I thought about this week because of the Westminster Kennel Club show. The bloodhound in that show took best in his hound category. That was the dog Chris was showing–a hound dog.
I love the other clip too, and here we adored that movie as well and so did the oldest kids !!! AHHH the GREAT Mel Brooks! So we gave it a 10!!! No, an 11 !!!! WE GIVE both choices an 11 !!!! Yay! jnheee
j
and the thing I liked, technically speaking is that the final laugh line (in both vids) are delivered in the same…style/way whatever the comedic device term is… the pause
…Waiting for Guffman, if you haven’t seen it…well worth it
wow–I notice stuff like that– how cool. I will go back!
WAITING FOR GUFFMAN! we love it!!!
OH my gawwwd you went to the beach!!! AHHHHHHHH!!!!
