¿Por qué la traducción al español? Como el subtítulo indica, España ha sido la fuente del mayor número de lectores que no hablan Inglés, así que pensé que sería sólo de buena educación darle la bienvenida a (su) lengua nativa, cortesía de google, por supuesto!

Alright, done. So what do you xenophobes want to discuss today? Yes, I know there has not been a new Post in 5 days…Let’s take a look at the discussion from the last day or so…DownSpring#1 raises the question of (an apparent increase) in the rogerian quality of the world/culture, glenn misses the point entirely, glenn does make an effort at constructive discourse…gets it wrong…AKH brings it back on track, but strays from the original question…all pretty normal, I would say…
So what have I gained from my little restlette? Glad you asked (un-seen interlocutor)! I am feeling a growing conviction that we have about 3 months to raise the readership level or plugs will be pulled. Not that the world will stop spinning and not that this new found timetable is in anyway a fault resting with our 3 or 4 regular contributors. Just seems like we are at the stage where we need to find the next level.
(Astute Readers will be saying to themselves, “wtf! y él ha vuelto a hablar del plural / editorial “nosotros”, cuál está para arriba con eso?”) Well I will tell you, I’m not really certain what I mean. But 3 months is a long time, people with terminal illness diagnoses are, on average given less time than that. And no, this does not say anything to the value or viability or efficacy of the Wakefield Doctrine, it is saying that those of us conversing within these pages, could do so without the Doctrine or this here blog here. For that matter, we could hang out on Facebook or some such rogerian paradise (…nah could not get me there if you promised me all the downsprings in the world.) But the Wakefield Doctrine is, without the slightest fear of hyperbole, a thing that people need to hear about.
So, three months.
And this is not about “how many hits today, how many readers made Comments or even how many hats (on how many damn heads)”. It is simply that within the next 90 days, the Wakefield Doctrine blog needs to evolve to a higher level, whatever the fuck that means.
In the meantime, I will write these Posts. DS#1 will no doubt write some Posts, as you see in her Comments of the last day or so, she is in fact finding “her voice”, AKH can and should write some Posts (hey, jennie send me an email of any length and I will massage it/edit it whatever and Post it). glenn, not so sure there is a whole Post there, but doesn’t matter. The pressure is off now.
Now, where the hell is my invitation to host the annual convention of the followers of the Wakefield Doctrine, the theory of clarks, scotts and rogers.?
(Hey lets pressure DS#1!! if she will get to RI (before the 90 days are up) I will host the First Annual Wakefield Doctrine Pic-a-nic. But only if she finds a way to attend.)

Talk about your ill-defined goals. 90 days to achieve….some fucking thing. Lets work our asses off to achieve…some fucking thing. Constructive discourse? Wrong? Illuminate this vision of a “higher level”. Need more contributors? Need better contributors? Need more..what? Readers? Followers? Admirers? Blow Jobs? This rogerian demand for “rightness” is, well…rogerian. Especially the inarticulation of what would be more “right”. It is ALL good, motherfucker. Even, and especially, the stuff that ain’t good. It populates the site with clear examples of the theory in action. Go ahead. Shoot for greater glory. Hope you get it. What you got, however, is pretty fucking cool just as it is. Fucking clarks! Never satisfied. Never good enough. This has been a nice little forest in which to hunt and play. Forest not good enough? Trying for a crystal palace? An ivory tower? Just sayin’–it is possible to take things so seriously that you forget to have fun. Do you “evolve” into something “more” by becoming something less? Are you adding by subtraction? Focusing like a laser is a reduction exercise. You figure out what is extraneous and discard it. And you are left with less. But, hey..maybe also more of what you want. So, what the fuck. Go where it takes you. I’ll be here hunting and playing in SOME forest. I’ll be having fun. It’s what I do. Such a fucking clark. Once again TWD illustrates by SHOWING the types. Explaining is not really needed. “Ask not what your country can do for you…ask some other thing…whatever”

Si debe ser así que se pierda (como Glenn dijo tan acertadamente) la caza y jugando en este bosque llamado La Doctrina Wakefield (la teoría de …). Odio tener que trasladarse a otro territorio. Éste ha sido tan excitante.

speak (from a scottian perspective) where lies ambition? What does the scott do about staking out a larger territory, hunting grounds? or is the scottian nature, so “a roaming predator”, that you would never consider one place home?
I think that is the case with scotts…literally or figuratively always on the move…home is where the meal is…
I will respect the privacy of all…but I must insist on calling you something…lets make it Ms. AKHie..after all it is a scottian characteristic to address others by the diminuative form (of their names)…

I would have to agree with the latter. The entire world is indeed the hunting ground for we scotts to take at will. We are opportunists and it works quite well for us. It would be quite uncharacteristic of and too boring to our true scottian nature to limit ourselves. I was expressing my sincere regret at the thought of losing this wonderful little thing you have going on. A scott with regret? Sure, it can happen. Come Glenn. Even you must have a soft spot somewhere behind that crass exterior.
Ok clarkie, I’ll “bite”… lol. Just don’t make it too time-consuming. I have neither the time nor the attention span and I’m not afraid to admit it. Deal with it.
Enough of the hyberbolic talk of “hunting” grounds and how scotts love to eat already.
Where are the examples of real life interactions as examples of the Wakefield Doctrine?!
Where is the example in your life (for the readers) of a scott trying to establish dominance or a roger selling a retail product to a scott, clark or (another) roger or a clark interacting at a cookout for instance? Let’s hear about more than just generalities. We all would like to hear about the “real” deal.
This could be our chance to have our own little “reality show” :)
