Welcome to the Wakefield Doctrine (the theory of clarks, scotts and rogers)
The above begets below
(As most dogs, Una is not a fan of thunderstorms.)
This week’s TToT, other than Item 8 (THIS SPACE AVAILABLE) and Item 10 (Secret Rule 1.3) is represented, in its entirety by:
The safest place in her home, with her family who totally don’t mind joining her in the …well, the safest place in the house. (Normally Phyllis works at the dinning room table, but given the circumstance, room in my bedroom/office was made.)
Thunder and lightening ain’t no match for Una’s pack.

Thanks to Kristi for providing a place where people can share their experience with this thing called gratitude.
Happy you have a safe place to congregate. And each other.
Yes, how wonderful it is to have a safe place.
Stopping by again via another browser. Perhaps this will work.
Good post. Clever as ever :)
Our dogs don’t like thunderstorms as well. While Janet thinks the safest place is in the bedroom, Sam wants to stay in the basement… It’s a good thing that there are as many dogs as humans in this household, so we can look after them.
Have a great week ahead!
Its good that we can be there for them as, surely, they are there for us.
Poor Una! I hope the thunderstorms passed quickly so she can feel comfortable again.
The advantage of her worldview, once it’s over, it’s forgotten.
(Totally need to learn to do that, lol)
